E-Blue K729 FullIt’s been a while since I last posted a review on this blog. Surprisingly though, my various SADES headset reviews are still getting a decent amount of hits both on the blog and my YouTube channel.

Today, however, I want to chart new waters by reviewing a keyboard for the very first time. I got in touch with E-Blue a few weeks ago and managed to receive one of their latest products for sampling. Life is filled with unplanned events. I went to the Anime-Comic-Game Hong Kong (ACGHK) convention a couple of months ago (this part was planned), never intending to purchase an Ant-Man bobble-head vinyl figure at the Funko POP! booth. And after purchasing said vinyl figure, I never planned to write up a review here on my blog. I only intended for this blog to do reviews on games and tech — I thought expanding to geek merchandise would broaden the scope too far.

SADES Skynet (SA-909) Glittering Stereo 7.1 Sound Effect USB Gaming Headset Review

Skynet HeaderFollowing my review of the SADES SA-903 a few months ago, I contacted Shenzhen Sades Digital Technology Co., Ltd. to let them know my thoughts on their products. A number of e-mails were exchanged and a physical meeting took place, and now here we are looking at a review product of the SADES Skynet (SA-909) Glittering Gaming Headset. (Yes, SADES have started giving actual names their products!)

During my meeting with Mr. Deng at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair in April, he spoke of expanding SADES’ global market reach by improving their products to be more in line with expectations in the West. That means new international packaging and better build quality to attract and impress.

But does the SADES Skynet SA-909 live up to expectations? After a month’s worth of testing, let’s find out!
